Sensory Story Times!

Sensory story times play a crucial role in supporting speech and language development by engaging multiple senses. This helps children better understand and connect with the narrative, leading to improved vocabulary, communication skills and cognitive development. 

In our class, stories come to life through a symphony of sights, sounds, textures and scents. Through carefully curated tales, interactive props, soothing music and tactile elements, your child will embark on a journey of exploration and imagination.

Each session is thoughtfully crafted in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum to captivate young minds and nurture their cognitive, emotional and sensory development. 

Created by experienced teachers who specialise in early childhood development, our Sensory Story Time class provides a safe and welcoming space for you and your child to engage with stories in a multisensory way. From feeling the softness of a character’s fur, to listening to the gentle rustling of leaves, every moment is an opportunity for your Early Explorer to experience, play, learn and create cherished memories together.
